I’ve never worked with someone so attentive to my needs and desires. Lauren genuinely listened to my vision for how I wanted my makeup and hair to look on my wedding day; I tossed dried balsa wood flowers, multiple magazine photos, even some Alphonse Mucha references her way. She poured over everything to created a final look that I’m still in awe of today, as I reflect back on those photos almost a decade later. Alongside her wealth of patience, Lauren is also incredibly knowledgeable about product. I am very particular about my skincare and makeup routine, and I came with rigid opinions on air brushing and color palette. Lauren worked with me through a trial run and showed me various options that would blend my preferences with her expertise and industry best practices. The day of my wedding, Lauren pampered me and made me feel like the only person in the room, despite the hustle and bustle of prepping my bridesmaids as well. She made the whole room that way about their hair and makeup, which is nothing shirt of miraculous when managing so many different personalities and style preferences.
